This vintage Magic Diaper Babies toy is a miniature figurine of a baby holding a baby doll in one hand and waving with the other. The baby has brown hair and blue eyes and has one tooth.
The figurine has some scuffs and paint rubs. The color-change feature on its diaper still works. Just dip it in cold water to find out if it's a girl or a boy - the white diaper will turn pink if it's a girl or blue if it's a boy.
The back of the figurine is marked "LGT 1991" and has the number 6.
